Spectrum Medical has confirmed its acquisition of R & B S.r.l in Mirandola Italy. R & B have been in business for 50 years, employs a workforce of 70 and has an excellent reputation for manufacturing both molded components and high-quality molding tools.
Strategically this is significant event for Spectrum Medical because it facilitates vertical integration into the supply chain securing much needed molding and tooling capacity and more importantly cost control of high-volume molded components.
The acquisition of R & B underlines Spectrum Medical’s continuing commitment to making significant improvements in patient care with the launch of our Quantum SuperPAC technologies into the high-volume cardiopulmonary market.
